ABOUT AMY GREENE

Amy is a physical therapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University and a certified yoga teacher through Evolution Yoga. For more than 20 years, she has helped people of all ages, abilities, and body types feel stronger, move more confidently, and continue doing the activities they love.

Amy provides personalized sessions in studio or clients' homes, offering one-on-one guidance that meets each person where they are. She specializes in bridging the gap between traditional physical therapy and lifelong wellness, helping clients safely transition from rehabilitation to an active, independent lifestyle. By blending her knowledge of physical therapy, yoga, and functional fitness, Amy creates individualized programs that improve mobility, build lasting strength, and support healthy movement for everyday life.

Committed to serving her community, Amy volunteers with the Norwich Community Nurse Program and works with High Horses Center for Equine-Assisted Service, incorporating equine movement into physical therapy to support balance, coordination, and functional mobility.

In addition to her private practice, Amy leads women's backcountry retreats that combine yoga, hiking, and outdoor adventure. These retreats create opportunities to cultivate confidence, connection, and a deeper appreciation for both the body and the natural world.
