Functional fitness focuses on improving the strength, mobility, balance, and coordination you use in everyday life. Rather than training individual muscles in isolation, exercises are designed to help you move more efficiently and confidently during daily activities.

Functional fitness is appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're returning to exercise, looking to improve athletic performance, recovering from an injury (with medical clearance), or simply wanting to move better, sessions are tailored to your individual goals and abilities.

Private yoga offers one-on-one instruction customized to your body, goals, and experience level. Sessions may focus on flexibility, strength, balance, stress reduction, breath work, or recovery, allowing you to progress at your own pace in a supportive environment.
